If we were building Lake Mohawk today, how would we want it to work? At its heart is the lake surrounded by the beaches, docks, pool, restaurant, and tiki bar that make our community vibrant.

Building on Progress
We’ve made great strides, but it’s time for more clarity, structure, and transparency through:

• Clear accounting of every dollar

• Open communication and shared decisions

• Real engagement via open meetings, Zoom access, and neighborhood captains

Planning for the Future
We must plan long-term — caring for the lake, upgrading docks, modernizing facilities, and setting our restaurant and tiki bar up for success. A two-tier menu can balance quality and affordability, while professional management of the ballroom can restore pride and revenue.

Leadership That Shows Up
Trustees must be visible, accountable, and respectful. By asking, “What’s the smartest, most sustainable way?” we’ll build a stronger Lake Mohawk for generations.
